Shipment

  • When will my order be shipped?

    When you order before 16:00 (CET) on working days your order will be shipped the same day with GLS Parcel Service. The first attempt to deliver will be 1 or 2 working days after shipment for the Netherlands and Belgium. In other countries this will be 4 and 5 working days.   • When will I receive my parcel?

    Lodger endeavours to deliver your package as soon as possible. On working days, orders placed before 16:00 (CET) will be shipped the same day. Your order will be updated via the tracking information, you will receive this when your order has been shipped. On working days, after 16:00 (CET), shipment will take a day longer, since your order will be shipped the next day. On weekends, your order will be shipped on Monday. It is always possible that your package is delayed, we are very sorry for this. If shipping takes too long, please contact our customer service.

     

    Delivery time for Netherlands and Belgium are 1-2 working days. Delivery in other countries of Europe will take 4-5 working days.

  • What happens when I am not at home for delivery?

    When you are not at home, firstly, GLS attempts to deliver at your neighbours. When this is not possible, you will receive a not-at-home note and you can arrange a new delivery date or GLS tries to deliver it the next day.

  • Why is my package delayed sometimes?

    We do our utmost best to deliver as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it can happen that your package is delayed. Please check your tracking information for additional information. When delivery is taking too long or in case you have any uncertainties, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

  • How do you deliver?

    Orders are always carefully packed for shipment. The parcels will be shipped by GLS Parcel Service. GLS only delivers on working days at home and work addresses.

  • Do you deliver on weekends?

    We do not deliver on Saturday and Sunday. We deliver only on working days, holidays excluded.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    Yes, you can pick up your order when you are nearby Woerden, The Netherlands. In the check out process, you can select if you want to pick it up. We will make sure your order is ready for pickup in a few hours. When your package is ready you will receive an email. Packages can only be picked up on working days between 08:30-17:00 (CET) in Woerden.

  • I did not receive my parcel, what to do?

    We are sorry to hear that your package is delayed. This unfortunately happens sometimes. Firstly, check if you received an order confirmation, this can take 1 hour up to 24 hours. If you did not received a confirmation, please contact our customer service. Something propably went wrong when placing your order.

    Did you receive an order confirmation? Then you can track your order via Track & Trace from GLS to check the status of your order. We do not deliver on Saturdays. You can find the delivery time for each country here. If it takes too long to deliver, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
