Complaints

  • Where can I send my complaint?

    You can expect great quality from Lodger. If we have sent you a damaged product or your product breaks too soon, you will have the right to complain about it. Please send your complaint directly too us via a return request or contact form. We will reach out to you in 24 hours (on working days) to solve your problems.

    In case the complaint substantiated and you returned the item to us, we won't charge you for the return. If the whole order is returned, we will also refund the initial delivery costs.

  • Do I have warranty?

    We have a warranty of 12 months on every product which Lodger sells. This warranty is valid for malfunctions and damaged products. Products with damage due to wearing/using, will be on your own expense. Lodger endevours to take care of every parcel. Is there still something wrong with your order or you are not satisfied about the product? We would be grateful to hear your complaints and solve this matter together. You can contact our customer service.

  • Do you also have a store?

    Our head quarters is located in Woerden, The Netherlands, including our showroom. You can make an appointment to visit and look into our collections. You can also buy your favourite products here. You can only pay by debetcard.

  • Why should I sign up for the newsletter?

    In the newsletter we share baby inspiration, information about new collections/products and very nice discounts, which are exclusively available for newsletter members. Also, you will be the first one to shop our new collections or in the outlet. You can sign up here.

  • How often do I receive the newsletter?

    We sent newsletters approximately once a week. Newsletters include handy and simple trics, inspiration, discounts and new collections! Also, as an exclusive member, you will be the first to receive discounts and the opportunity to shop new items and collections.

  • What are the washing instructions?

    Lodger products are either made of 100% cotton or Polyester. You will find the washing label on the inside of your product.To keep your products in great quality we have the following washing advise.

    Cotton
    To prevent cotton from shrinking we advice to soak your product in cold water for 2 hours before washing it at 40°C. Bedding products, like sleeping bags, fitted sheets, blankets can be washed on 60°C, when it is really dirty. We only recommend to put your products in the dryer when it is really neccessary. Only on a cooling level. We discourage the use of fabric softener.

    Sleeping bags and swaddle sleepsacks can be washed inside out in a closed washing bag on 40°C in the washing machine.

    Polyester
    Polyester can best be washed by hand or a maximum of 40°C in the washing machine. We really discourage the use of a dryer.

    Products like the Bunker and Mini Bunker can be washed individually or closed really well. Due to the velcro straps, it can prevent damaging other products.

    Walkers
    Our leather baby shoes can best be cleaned by steaming with water and very softly make clean with a Suede brush. We always recommend to go to a shoe maker for more advise.

    When you deviate from our washing instructions, we cannot take responsibility when your products has been damaged.
