  • How do I order a product?

    Great that you want to order your favourite products! Ordering is easy:
    1. Place you product in the basket
    2. Click on your basket
    3. Click 'Continue with ordering'
    4. Login or click 'Continue with ordering'
    5. Fill in your details
    6. Choose a payment method and, when available, a voucher code
    7. Pay and receive an order confirmation via e-mail
    Your order is placed! When ordered before 16:00 (CET), it will be shipped the same day!

  • What are the payment methods? accepts several payment methods to make sure you can safely and easy buy your products. The following payment methods are available:

Shipping & Delivery

  • When will my order be shipped?

    When you order before 16:00 (CET) on working days your order will be shipped the same working day with DPD Service. Did you place an order after 4pm, it will be shipped the next working day. You will receive tracking information via e-mail when your parcel has been shipped.

    The first attempt to deliver will be 1 or 2 working days after shipment for the Netherlands and Belgium. In other countries this will be 4 and 5 working days. You will find all shipment information here

    Please note: due to the Holiday season, delivery may take longer than usual.

  • How do you deliver?

    Orders are always carefully packed for shipment. The parcels will be shipped by DPD. DPD only delivers on working days at home and work addresses. In the Netherlands and Belgium, DPD also delivers on Saturdays.

Exchange & Returns

  • How does the return process work?


    Do you want to return a product? First check whether your return meets the return conditions and the 14-day term of the right of withdrawal. Then submit your return request here. You will receive a return number from us within 48 hours.

    Pack the items to be returned in the original shipping bag, shipping box, or other sturdy packing box. This is to prevent wrinkling or damage to items. Add the return number to the shipment, without a return number we cannot process your return. Returning your order is at your own expense.

    IMPORTANT: keep the shipping receipt that you receive when you return the items, until you have received the total amount of the returned items. Without proof of shipping, items that have not arrived will not be reimbursed.

    When we receive your returned product(s), you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Your return will then be processed, this can be by sending a replacement product or we refund the amount. The amount to be refunded will be executed via the same payment method as chosen when paying. All payments made, including shipping costs, will be refunded or settled on the invoice of the new digital invoice or collection, if you return all items.

  • Can I exchange my products?

    We provide a service to exchange your product once, when you have ordered a wrong size or color. Items can be exchanged in two different ways:

    1. Fastest option: you request a voucher for free delivery and immediately you can place a new order in our Web shop.
    2. Second option: you will let us know that you wish to exchange the products. Below you can fill in the product you wish to receive in another size or color. Ship your return (see here the return procedure). We will ship the new product as soon as the return has arrived in our warehouse.

    When you wish to receive a totally new product, you can order this in our online store. Please, pay attention: the products may have a price difference. Lodger products which are not purchased in our shop but in a physical store or another online store cannot be returned through our online store.

Complaints & Contact

  • Where can I send my complaint?

    You can expect great quality from Lodger. If we have sent you a damaged product or your product breaks too soon, you will have the right to complain about it. Please send your complaint directly too us via a return request or contact form. We will reach out to you in 24 hours (on working days) to solve your problems.

    In case the complaint substantiated and you returned the item to us, we won't charge you for the return. If the whole order is returned, we will also refund the initial delivery costs.

  • How can I contact Lodger?

    If you have questions, which you cannot find in our FAQ or a complaint, there are several ways to reach out to us:

    A muslin blanket is essential in your baby layette. Muslin blanket, also named as muslin squares, are made of hydrophilic cotton which is soft and breathable for your baby. The swaddles are available in different sizes like 70x70 cm and 120x120 cm. You can use the blankets for almost anything.
