Is your baby restless? Then a baby sleeping bag is highly recommended. It helps your baby regulate their body temperature and prevents them from waking up due to a chill or their own sudden arm movements (the startle reflex).
Never buy a baby sleeping bag to "grow into"; a neck opening that is too large is unsafe. Measure your little one from the shoulders to the feet and add 10 cm to ensure enough legroom. Use the table below to determine the correct size:

Summer sleeping bag: TOG of 0.3 to 0.5 (Room temperature above 24°C)
Spring & Autumn sleeping bag: TOG of 2.4 (Room temperature between 16–20°C)
Winter sleeping bag: TOG of 3.3 (Room temperature below 16°C / cold nights under 16°C)
In a cooler room, we recommend dressing your baby in a bodysuit underneath the muslin sleeping bag. Is it very warm? Then a bodysuit might not be necessary. Always check your baby's neck: if it feels clammy, your little one is dressed too warmly.
