  • How do I order a product?

    Great that you want to order your favourite products! Ordering is easy:
    1. Place you product in the basket
    2. Click on your basket
    3. Click 'Continue with ordering'
    4. Login or click 'Continue with ordering'
    5. Fill in your details
    6. Choose a payment method and, when available, a voucher code
    7. Pay and receive an order confirmation via e-mail
    Your order is placed! When ordered before 16:00 (CET), it will be shipped the same day!

  • Can I track my parcel?

    After you have placed your order you will receive an email with Track & Trace information. You can track your parcel with this information. The Track & Trace code is available when your order had been dispatched. The email will be send within 1-24 hours after your parcel has been shipped.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    When you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service via e-mail or phone as soon as possible. We cannot guarentee to cancel your order, since we make the parcels ready as soon as possible.

  • Can I order from outside the Netherlands?

    Do you live outside the Netherlands and want to place an order in the Lodger web shop? That is possible! You can just follow our order process. Choose your preffered country on top op the page. Shipment costs will automatically be calculated.

  • Can I change my address?

    When you have entered a wrong address, contact our customer service as soon as possbile. We cannot guarantee that the address will be changed, due to the fast process of shipment.

  • What are the payment methods?

    Lodger.com accepts several payment methods to make sure you can safely and easy buy your products. The following payment methods are available:

  • I have a voucher code, how can I use it?

    When you choose your payment options, you can fill in a voucher code on the left. Fill in the code you received. Please note: some vouchers have conditions, like a minimum order value. Sometimes you have to select your payment method first in order to be able to fill in the code. Still not working? Please, contact our customer service. We are ready to help you!

  • My voucher code does not work, what to do?

    Did you receive a voucher code and it does not work? First, try to delete the cookies or try another browser. For customers from the Netherlands: you will have to choose your payment method first before entering your code. Please note: some vouchers has conditions, like a minimum order value. Does it still not work? Please, contact our customer service and we are very happy to help you.

  • I did not receive an order confirmation

    Did you place an order but you did not receive an order confirmation? The confirmation will be send in 1 till 24 hours after placing the order. It is possible that your email software is directing it to the spam folder. Please, check you spam folder.

    Did you not get a confirmation but you have already paid? Please, contact our customer service and we will help you. We could ask your proof of payment.

  • I paid for my order. How do I know you have received my money?

    We send you an order confirmation email once we have received your money. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours after placing your order, something probably went wrong with your payment. Please contact our customer service.

  • When can I expect my refund?

    Lodger will refund your money through the same paying method you have used while paying for your products. Your money will be refunded within 7 days after we have received the returned products.

    When you return your whole order, you will get your purchase amount and initial shipping costs refunded.

  • A problem occurs while paying, what can I do?

    Is there a problem with the payment? We wrote down the solution here for the most common problems.

    Paying with Klarna does not work?
    Occasionally it may happen that Klarna does not proceed with the payment. It is then not possible to pay with Klarna. Unfortunately, choosing another payment method is the only solution for this.

    Problem with paying in Safari (Macbook / Iphone / Ipad)
    There is a known issue in an older version of Safari. When choosing the bank or payment method, the page refreshes automatically, making it impossible to pay. The problem does not occur in the new version of Safari, updating Safari / MacOS therefore resolves the problem. You can of course also visit the website in a different browser, for example Chrome.

    Are you experiencing other payment problems? In that case we often advise you to delete the cookies from the browser. If it fails or if another problem occurs then we would appreciate it to let us know. Then we can not only help you, but also solve the problem for other users.
