Can I track and trace my order?
The moment your order leaves our warehouse you automatically receive an e-mail with a track & trace number. The e-mail gives a link that enables you to trace your order.

Can I return my order when the product does not meet my wishes?
Yes, you can. We do of course hope you are happy with your purchase. If that is not the case, you can return the product, provided:
- The product was purchased via www.lodger.com
- The product has not been used, is in its original, unopened packaging and still bears any labels that were attached to it.
- You send an e-mail to customerservice@lodger.com to notify us of your intention to return the product, within 7 days of receiving the goods.
I received the wrong or damaged product. What do I do?
Please send an e-mail to customerservice@lodger.com and state the order number in the subject box.

What payment methods does the Lodger web shop offer?
In the Netherlands, you can pay by means of Ideal, credit card or automatic transfer.

For all other countries you can make a payment by credit card or automatic transfer.
I paid for my order. How do I know you have received my money?
We send you a confirmation e-mail once we have received your money. If you have not received this within 24 hours of placing the order, payment is likely not to have been successful.

I have a complaint about my order, where can I write to?
Please contact us on customerservice@lodger.com and state the order number in the subject box.
