After you have received your parcel you will have 14 days to return the package, if you are not satisfied. If you are not satisfied or you have ordered a wrong size, you can request a return. After you have received your personal return number, you have 14 days to send it back to us. We do not cover the shipment cost of the return, you will have to pay this yourself.


How can I return my items?

  1. Request a return number here and follow the steps.
  2. When you have requested a return, you will receive an e-mail with a return number and the address, which you need to send the returning products.
  3. Use the original package for shipment.
  4. When your package has arrived in our warehouse, you will get an confirmation that your return will be processed.
