How can I return my items?

  1. Request a return number here and follow the steps.
  2. Once your return is registered you will receive a return number and the adress where you can send the item to.
  3. Use the original Lodger packaging as much as possible to pack the product.
  4. When we have received your items we will send you a conformation and we will deposit the money back to your account within 7 days.

What are the conditions for return?

When you receive your Lodger items you can look at it and try it on as you would do in a store. If you decide you don’t want to purchase the item you must let Lodger know within 14 days after receiving your order. You can use the standard form for withdrawal but this is not mandatory. You have to send the item you want to return back to us within 30 days. Include the filled in return form so we have all the information to process your return as quickly as possible.


Is it possible to exchange my items?

Through our webshop items can only be returned not exchanged. You can place a new order if you wish to receive another product. Lodger items that are not purchased from our webshop but in a physical store or another webshop can not be returned through our webshop.


Which products can I return?

You can only return a product if:

-          The product is complete
-          The product is in it’s original packaging and in its orginal condition with the price tag attachted.
-          The product is not worn.

For any loss that occurs because you use the product in a different way than you would do in a store we may hold you accountable.


How do I send an item return and what are the costs?

After you requested and received your personal return number, pack the return products in their original packaging to avoid creasing or damaging. (If you did not use the online request form, add the printed and completed return form)

You pay for returning items yourself. The amount to be refunded will be refunded through the same method of payment as chosen when paying. All payments including shipping will be refunded if you return all the products.

IMPORTANT: Please keep the shipping receipt you receive when you return the items until you received the full amount of money for the returned items. Without the receipt we can’t refund products when they are lost in the mail.


When and how does Lodger pay for the returned products?

Lodger will refund your money through the same paying method you used while paying for your products. Your money will be refund within 14 days after you’ve let us know you want to return the items. When Lodger hasn’t received the items before the previously mentioned deadline Lodger pays the refund when Lodger receives the products.


Wat te doen bij een klacht over een bestelling?

Je mag van Lodger een goed product verwachten. Wanneer wij jou per ongeluk een verkeerd of beschadigd artikel hebben geleverd, maak dit dan zo snel mogelijk kenbaar door contact op te nemen met

Indien je het artikel hebt geretourneerd en de klacht is gegrond, zal Lodger hier geen retourkosten voor rekenen. Als hierbij de gehele bestelling is geretourneerd dan worden ook de betaalde verzendkosten terugbetaald.

Mocht je liever een vervangend/juist/onbeschadigd artikel willen ontvangen, neem dan contact op met onze klantenservice. Indien het gewenste artikel nog leverbaar is helpen wij je de bestelling te plaatsen, zonder dat je hiervoor de verzendkosten hoeft te betalen.
