How can I return my items?

  1. Request a return number here and follow the steps.
  2. When you have requested a return, you will receive an e-mail with a return number and the address, which you need to send the returning products.
  3. Use the original package for shipment.
  4. When your package has arrived in our warehouse, you will get an confirmation that your return will be processed.

What are the conditions for return?

When you receive your Lodger items you can look at it and try it on as you would do in a store. If you decide you don’t want to purchase the item you must let Lodger know within 14 days after receiving your order. You can use the standard form for withdrawal but this is not mandatory. You have to send the item you want to return back to us within 14 days after requesting a return. Please, include the received return number so we can process your return as quickly as possible.

 

Is it possible to exchange my items?

We provide a service to exchange your product for free once, when you have ordered a wrong size or color. Items can be exchanged in two different ways:

  1. Fastest option: you request a voucher for free delivery and immediately you can place a new order in our Web shop.
  2. Second option: you will let us know that you wish to exchange the products. Below you can fill in the product you wish to receive in another size or color. We will ship the new product as soon as the return has arrived in our warehouse.

When you wish to receive a totally new product, you can order this in our online store. Please, pay attention: the products may have a price difference. Lodger products which are not purchased in our shop but in a physical store or another online store cannot be returned through our online store.

 

Which products can I return?

You can only return a product if:

-          The product is complete
-          The product is in its original packaging and in its original condition with the price tag attached.
-          The product is not worn.

For any loss that occurs because you use the product in a different way than you would do in a store we may hold you accountable.

 

How do I send an item return and what are the costs?

After you requested and received your personal return number, pack the return products in their original packaging to avoid creasing or damaging.

You pay for returning items yourself (approx. €7,- to €10,-). The amount to be refunded will be refunded through the same method of payment as chosen when paying. All payments including shipping will be refunded if you return all the products.

IMPORTANT: Please keep the shipping receipt you receive when you return the items until you received the full amount of money for the returned items. Without the receipt we cannot refund products when they get lost in the mail.

 

When and how does Lodger pay for the returned products?

Lodger will refund your money through the same paying method you have used while paying for your products. Your money will be refund within 7 days after we've received the returned products.

When you return your whole order, you will get your purchase amount and initial shipping costs refunded.

 

What to do if I have a complaint about a product or an order?

You can expect a qualitative product from us. When we accidentally send you a wrong or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible by filling in the same return form

In case the complaint substantiated and you returned the item to us, we won't charge you for the return. If the whole order is returned, we will also refund the initial delivery costs.
