During the holiday season, our shipping and delivery times are different than usual. On this page, you can find all information concering shipping and delivery around Christmas and New Year's.

Estimated delivery day

Below you can check the estimated delivery day from the moment your order leaves our warehouse. Please note: due to the holiday season, delivery may take longer than usual.

Netherlands: delivery within 1 working day after shipping
Belgium: delivery within 2 working days after shipping
Other countries: delivery within 4 working days after shipping 


Example:

When you order from Latvia on December 31. 2018 at 11:00 AM (CET), your order will be shipped from our warehouse the same day. Normally, you can expect your order to be delivered within 4 working days. Due to the holidays, you can expect your order to be delivered on January 7th 2019.

 

Track & Trace

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track & trace code from GLS. With this code, you can check the current status of your order.
